PostShoot provides the HT PostShootEngine desktop application and the associated account, licensing, and subscription system operated at postshoot.in ("the Service"). Use of the Service is subject to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial starting from first login inside the desktop app. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription, paid either as an auto-renewing half-yearly or yearly plan billed via Razorpay, or as a one-time yearly payment via a QR/UPI code (see §4).
Some subscriptions are paid via a QR code scanned in person (e.g. at an event or through a partner organization) rather than through Razorpay's online checkout. These payments are verified manually: after paying, you submit your UPI transaction reference through your account dashboard, and we confirm it before activating your subscription. A QR/UPI payment covers a one-year period and does not auto-renew — you'll need to pay again (online or via QR) to continue after it ends. Submitting a false, altered, or reused transaction reference is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
We partner with photography organizations and unions who distribute their own QR codes to members. If you pay through a partner organization's QR code, we share your email address, plan, and payment amount with that organization for the sole purpose of their own reward reporting — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Each account may be logged into the desktop app on up to 2 machines at a time. You can deregister a device from your account dashboard to free up a slot for a new machine.
We may change our pricing from time to time. If you have an active auto-renewing subscription when a price change takes effect, your existing subscription continues at the price you originally agreed to for as long as it remains active — new pricing applies only to new subscriptions and to any subscription you start after your current one ends or is cancelled.
You may not attempt to circumvent licensing enforcement, share account credentials to exceed the device limit, submit fraudulent payment claims, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.
You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time from your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details, including how this applies to QR/UPI payments.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
